North Point Construction Services was founded in 2025 to deliver high-quality civil, renewable energy, and infrastructure construction with a disciplined, systems-driven approach. Our leadership team brings extensive experience executing complex field operations, managing risk, and delivering work safely, on schedule, and with transparency.

From preconstruction through closeout, North Point is focused on doing the fundamentals exceptionally well—clear communication, strong planning, and accountable execution in the field.

KEITH FRISBEY

Keith Frisbey serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of North Point Construction Services, where he oversees day-to-day operations, project execution, and overall company performance. He brings extensive experience across civil, infrastructure, environmental, and renewable energy construction, grounded in disciplined execution, operational accountability, and results-driven leadership.

Keith directs project delivery from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with strong financial and schedule controls. His leadership emphasizes proactive planning, cost transparency, risk management, and practical field execution—building systems that drive consistent, high-level performance across teams and projects.

Known for his hands-on, straightforward leadership style, Keith prioritizes safety, clear communication, and accountability in both the field and the office. He is committed to building capable teams, establishing clear expectations, and delivering predictable results for clients and partners. He values long-term relationships and works closely with owners, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to build trust through transparency, consistency, and follow-through.

Outside of work, Keith is dedicated to family, personal growth, and building a lasting legacy. He enjoys time with his wife, Tammy, and their sons, Patrick and Nolan, as well as working on projects around their gentleman’s farm, UTV riding, listening to music, and spending time with their Labrador retrievers, Primrose and Katniss—interests that mirror his passion for building, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

VERONICA MANZI

Veronica Manzi serves as Senior Estimator and Project Manager at North Point Construction Services, where she oversees estimating strategy, project planning, and execution from pre-construction through final closeout. Holding dual bachelor’s degrees in construction management and business management, she combines technical expertise with financial discipline to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Veronica has managed multimillion-dollar sitework and horizontal construction projects, coordinating subcontractors, field teams, budgets, schedules, and contract compliance. She develops detailed, competitive estimates that secure backlog while maintaining strict cost controls to protect margins throughout each project’s lifecycle. Her leadership style is grounded in structure, accountability, and disciplined execution—driving predictable outcomes and strong partnerships in the field.

OSHA 30, Procore, HAZWOPER 40, and DOT-certified, Veronica prioritizes safety, compliance, and proactive risk management across all operations. She is deeply committed to helping build North Point into a resilient, growth-oriented organization focused on operational excellence and long-term impact.

Raised in Old Forge in the Adirondacks, Veronica developed her work ethic early, working through school while attending college full time. She still spends much of her time outdoors, whether snowmobiling in the winter, boating in the summer, or exploring the trails in the shoulder seasons. The grit and self-reliance of her upbringing continue to shape her leadership approach: steady, prepared, and built for the long haul.

ALEX LIVERMORE

Alex Livermore serves as Finance Manager at North Point Construction Services, where she oversees financial reporting, internal controls, payroll coordination, and daily accounting operations in support of the company’s growth. She works closely with executive leadership to ensure disciplined financial management, accurate job cost tracking, and audit-ready reporting systems that support scalable and compliant construction operations.

Alex brings hands-on experience managing full-cycle accounting for construction companies exceeding $15 million in annual revenue. Her expertise includes preparing monthly financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating payroll in prevailing wage environments, and supporting GAAP-aligned reporting and external audit processes. She plays a key role in maintaining strong cash management practices and delivering timely financial insights that inform strategic planning and operational decision-making.

She also supports workforce development and compliance initiatives, including documentation and reporting requirements tied to apprenticeship participation and regulated labor environments. Her structured, detail-oriented approach ensures North Point maintains strong financial controls while operating efficiently in complex construction settings.

Alex’s background in banking, claims administration, and construction finance has shaped a practical, disciplined approach to financial stewardship—providing stability, transparency, and operational support as North Point continues to expand.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with her family, helping on their family farm, and relaxing at their lake property, reflecting her strong values of hard work, stewardship, and balance.

NOLAN FRISBEY

Nolan Frisbey serves as an Assistant Project Manager for North Point Construction Services during his off-season away from the gridiron. He brings a disciplined, detail-driven mindset shaped by years of collegiate football experience as both a player and coach.

Nolan currently serves as Special Teams Quality Control & Offensive Assistant at Bryant University and previously held a Graduate Assistant coaching role at SUNY Brockport. His responsibilities have included detailed film breakdown, opponent scouting, recruiting coordination, logistics planning, and game-day operations support. A former collegiate offensive lineman, Nolan’s philosophy centers on preparation, accountability, and executing fundamentals at a high level — principles that translate directly into construction operations.

At North Point, Nolan supports project coordination, documentation, field communication, and operational organization. His background in structured planning, performance tracking, and team leadership strengthens the company’s commitment to disciplined project execution and clear communication.

Football remains a central passion in Nolan’s life. He thrives in competitive environments that demand preparation, resilience, and teamwork, and he carries that same energy into his professional responsibilities.

Outside of work and athletics, Nolan enjoys gaming with friends, golfing year-round on the links or in the simulator, and competing in softball. He values competition, camaraderie, and continuous improvement in every arena.

ERICK BOND

Erick Bond is the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Partner at North Point Construction Services. Working in close partnership with Founder and CEO Tammy, Erick helps guide the company’s strategic direction by strengthening its financial structure, reinforcing operational discipline, and driving long-term growth planning. He oversees financial management, banking and vendor relationships, risk controls, and organizational scalability—ensuring the company’s infrastructure supports sustainable expansion while advancing the leadership vision established by the CEO.

Erick brings a strong executive background with a proven track record of improving operational performance and advancing strategic initiatives. In addition to his role at North Point, he currently serves as President of a national insurance brokerage firm, where he aligns regional operations with broader enterprise objectives, enhances workforce efficiency, and maintains strong client and vendor partnerships. He also founded and led Bond Benefits Consulting, successfully guiding the firm through strategic growth and mergers into larger national organizations.

Erick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University and a Certificate in Family Business Leadership from Cornell University. He remains active in the local community through board service with several nonprofit organizations.

In his free time, Erick enjoys spending time in the Finger Lakes with his wife and four children. Whether skiing, golfing, or spending time on the lake, you’re most likely to find him outdoors. 

TAMMY FRISBEY

Tammy Frisbey is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of North Point Construction Services. With more than two decades of executive financial, compliance, and operational leadership experience, Tammy built North Point on a foundation of financial discipline, accountability, and long-term strategic growth. She oversees the company’s vision, capital strategy, and operational integrity, ensuring every phase of the business is supported by strong internal controls and responsible financial management.

Tammy holds an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management. Her professional background spans corporate finance, internal audit leadership, enterprise risk management, and entrepreneurial business operations across both public institutions and private sector organizations. In her current audit leadership role within a major academic medical center, she directs audit strategy, enterprise risk initiatives and compliance oversight. Her prior experience in manufacturing and corporate finance environments further strengthened her expertise in budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and financial reporting.

As a founder, Tammy brings both strategic insight and operational rigor, guiding North Point’s evolution into a fully integrated construction services company. Her leadership ensures investor transparency, disciplined capital deployment, and sustainable expansion. Deeply rooted in her community, Tammy remains active in volunteer and service organizations, reflecting her commitment to building strong foundations both professionally and personally.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Tammy enjoys spending time with her toes in the sand—preferably somewhere in the Caribbean—horseback riding and making lasting memories with her family.
