Meet the Team: Tammy Frisbey, Founder & CEO

At the core of North Point Construction Services is strong leadership grounded in discipline, integrity, and vision—and that starts with our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Tammy Frisbey.

With over 20 years of executive experience in financial management, compliance, and operations, Tammy built North Point on a foundation of accountability and long-term strategic growth. She leads the company’s vision, capital strategy, and operational integrity, ensuring every aspect of the business is backed by sound financial practices and strong internal controls.

Tammy holds an MBA in Economic Crime and Fraud Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management. Her diverse background spans corporate finance, internal audit leadership, enterprise risk management, and entrepreneurial operations across both public and private sectors. In her current role within a major academic medical center, she directs audit strategy, enterprise risk initiatives, and compliance oversight—bringing that same level of precision and insight to North Point.

Her leadership is instrumental in shaping North Point into a fully integrated construction services company, with a focus on transparency, disciplined growth, and sustainable success.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy is deeply committed to her community and values time spent with family. When she’s not leading from the front, you can find her enjoying the Caribbean, horseback riding, or creating lasting memories with loved ones.
