Meet the Team: Alex Livermore

Alex Livermore serves as the Finance & Accounting Manager at North Point Construction Services, where she plays a critical role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, reporting systems, and internal controls. With a strong background in construction finance and executive-level financial management, Alex brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to supporting the company’s growth and long-term success.

Known for her reliability, attention to detail, and calm leadership under pressure, Alex works closely with company leadership to manage cash flow, financial reporting, payroll coordination, and project cost tracking. She has extensive experience supporting multi-million-dollar construction operations and is trusted to provide accurate financial insight that helps drive strategic decision-making.

Before joining North Point, Alex served as Finance Manager for a construction company generating more than $15 million in annual revenue, where she led financial reporting, implemented accounting systems, and helped strengthen operational controls and reporting efficiency. Her background also includes experience in banking and claims administration, further strengthening her analytical and customer-focused approach.

Outside of the office, Alex is actively involved in community support initiatives and serves on the board of a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping local families and youth programs during times of hardship.
