During football season, Nolan serves as a Special Teams Quality Control & Offensive Assistant at a Division 1 College, where he specializes in detailed preparation, film breakdown, player development, logistics, and team operations. His coaching philosophy is built around discipline, clarity, accountability, and confidence through preparation.

In the off-season, Nolan brings those same principles to North Point Construction Services as an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Estimator.
