As our Lead Estimator and Project Manager, Veronica brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business insight, backed by dual degrees in Construction Management and Business Management. She plays a critical role in everything from developing accurate, competitive bids to managing projects through successful completion.

Veronica has a proven track record of leading multimillion-dollar civil and sitework projects, driving on-time and on-budget performance while maintaining strict financial discipline. She is OSHA 30, Procore, HAZWOPER 40, and DOT certified, ensuring every project is executed safely and in full compliance.

Beyond the numbers, she leads by example—mentoring teams, coordinating field operations, and helping scale North Point into a high-performing, full-service contractor.
