Meet the Team: Erick Bond

We’re proud to introduce Erick Bond, Chief Business Officer and Partner at North Point Construction Services.

Erick plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our company—working closely with leadership to strengthen our financial foundation, enhance operational discipline, and position North Point for long-term, sustainable growth. From overseeing financial management and banking relationships to driving scalability and risk controls, Erick ensures our infrastructure supports both our people and our projects.

With an impressive executive background, Erick brings a proven ability to improve performance and lead strategic initiatives. In addition to his work at North Point, he serves as President of a national insurance brokerage firm and previously founded Bond Benefits Consulting, guiding it through successful growth and mergers into larger national organizations.

Erick holds a degree from Colgate University and a certificate in Family Business Leadership from Cornell, combining strong academic insight with real-world leadership experience.

Outside of work, Erick enjoys time in the Finger Lakes with his wife and four children—whether it’s skiing, golfing, or being out on the water.
